Looking for my dad and I have no experience with GPS units. For under $200 is there one better than this one above? List say 1k + but that’s all bogus.

This Garmin has option for car/motorcycle, truck, bus, emergency, and taxi. I’ve used it as a truck route, and it has lead me to low clearance bridges, low weight limited bridges, and very narrow downtown turns. Is this GPS equiped with truck route? If not, then why is the option there? Somebody please help me
If I updated the maps, is there a truck route option that can be included with this update through Garmin?

Which is better? The Garmin Nuvi 200 or the Garmin c340?
